We are delighted to confirm that Alex Tudor is the first player confirmed for our match against the PCA Legends on the 24th July 2026. Long time skipper Alex Tudor will be remembered by many cricket fans for his amazing career at Surrey and Essex as well as his 10 Test caps for England. Memories of his 99 not out against against New Zealand still live on, and we feel honoured to welcome Alex to Poplar Meadow in 5 months time. Our next announcement is just around the corner, and he is another England legend.

The game against the PCA Legends is the marquee event to celebrate the club's 225th anniversary. You will be able to join us in a variety of ways to watch the match, including the hospitality lunch, and there are still opportunities to be present as a sponsor as well.
